FAQs

WHAT TYPE OF COACHING DO YOU DO?

I am a causal coach - I look at the underlying mind patterns that are causing your current results and experience.

Rather than addressing the symptoms, which can show up in the shape of burnout, overeating, overcommitting, sadness, a feeling of powerlessness, feeling unfulfilled or frustrated, together we will work on the cause of your problems.

I use a wide range of incredibly effective tools developed by the Lifecoach School which will help you manage your brain, learn to process your emotions, and start living the life you dream of.

I’VE NEVER BEEN TESTED, HOW DO I KNOW I’M GIFTED?

Great question. I work with women (and some men, see below) who have a high IQ. This does not necessarily mean they excelled at school or University. You may never have been tested, so if you’re wondering, here is a short list of things people with high IQ tend to share:

  • you learn new things super fast

  • you’re interested in a lot of different things (multipassionate)

  • you get bored easily

  • you’re often frustrated with the way other people/organisations do things

WHAT CAN YOU HELP ME WITH?

I help my clients with issues like:

  • feeling fulfilled and worthy instead of exhausted and never good enough;

  • successfully starting their own business;

  • making their business more profitable without overworking;

  • finding a job that aligns with who they are;

  • enjoying the job they currently have and easily managing everything that comes with it;

  • honouring their own needs and boundaries, and turning their giftedness into a superpower

IN ADDITION TO BEING GIFTED, I HAVE AUTISM - CAN YOU HELP ME?

Absolutely. I am on the spectrum myself and I can help you craft a life that honours your autism and lets you share all your amazing gifts with the world without burnout or meltdowns.

I AM DOING OK, BUT I FEEL I HAVE SO MUCH MORE POTENTIAL - CAN YOU HELP ME?

Yes. One of the most important things we look at during your coaching programme is who you want to become - and then we actively start working towards that taking small, clear, actionable steps.
